Can I order less than the minimum quantity?

Yes. The absolute minimum quantity is half that of the minimum quantity listed on the product page (If min qty is listed at 100, absolute min qty is 50). A fee of $50.00 will apply for less than minimum quantity orders. Please contact us to place such an order.

Why is there a minimum quantity?

We specialize in custom promotional products, which are produced in larger quantities. As such, our facilities are set up to mass produce these items quickly. Thus it is not feasible to produce less than absolute minimum quantities in this manner.

Why is there a set-up charge?

In order to customize products, we must set up our production facilities to produce your specific item with your specific artwork, and as such there are additional material costs.

When does production begin?

Production beings 1 business day after you approve the electronic mockup (proof) that our art team will send to you after you have sent your artwork to us.

When will you charge my credit card?

Your card will be charged once you place your order. Please note that we are able to cancel and issue a full refund as long as you request to cancel your order before step 3 in our process (before approving the item mockup / proof). We charge you after placing your order in efforts to expedite the production process.

Do you sell items without customization (blank items?)

Yes we do sell blank items at a discounted price. Please contact us for pricing for blank item pricing.

I need my order by a certain date, can you meet that date?

Please include the date you require your items in the “Additional Information” text area on the product page when adding items to your cart. Usually we are able to get items to customers in less than 7 business days unless specified on the product page. If you require items sooner rush fees may apply (in this case we will contact you with a revised invoice before moving forward)

Do I have to pay tax?

If you are purchasing items for resale we are able to fulfill orders without charging PST. You must provide us with a retail sales tax purchase exemption certificate.

Do you offer logo design services?

Our art team offers Logo Design for a flat fee of $378.99. This includes 2 Rendering from your description and 2 Revisions per any of you requests.
