Sending Artwork to Us
Easy! Reply to you order confirmation email by attaching any art files and descriptions you think we might need. If we dont hear from you 24 hrs after you place your order, a representative will contact you to see if you need any help. Regardless, theres no need to worry as all artwork is reviewed by our art department and we will send you a electronic proof to ensure your artwork and its placement is correct before production begins.
When making your order, please enter any special instructions in the Additional information field when adding items to your cart. You can also just add any special instructions to your email along with your art files. Remeber that we will send you a virtal proof of your item(s) for you to approve before production begins to make sure that the art comes out the way you want it to.
What file formats should I send?
For best results, we prefer vector art file formats, from programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand and Corel Draw. If you dont have those formats, don’t worry - send us anything you can! We have the latest graphical programs and can open just about any file. You can even fax or snail mail us your artwork and we will try our best to make it work! Remember, your art will be handled personally by an experienced member of our art team, so rest assured that your art will turn out great!
